"ADGA" Rules Shall Govern
This show is sponsored by the American Dairy Goat Association and their rules shall govern. Only ADGA, American Dairy Goat Society and Canadian Goat Society registered, recorded, or "applied-for" animals may be shown in an Official American Dairy Goat Association Show. Senior Doe/Junior Doe (The Sr. and Jr. shows are separately sanctioned)

PREREGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, July 6th. Entry fee $5/animal/show entered. No entry fee for group classes. $2 late fee per animal/show.
STALL AVAILABILITY: Friday, August 6th at noon
CHECK-IN: Saturday, August 7th by 7:00 a.m. for Saturday show; Sunday, August 8th by 7:00 a.m. for Sunday show (all animals must be on grounds no later than 6:00 a.m. day of show to ensure an 8:00 a.m. start of show)
SHOW TIMES: Saturday, August 7th at 8:00 a.m.; Sunday, August 8th at 8:00 a.m. (Pavillion 1 - West Arena)
RUN OF SHOWS: Senior Doe Show followed by Junior Doe Show
SHOW ORDER FOR SATURDAY: Starting in Ring 1 & progressing to Ring 2: Saanen, Toggenburg, Alpine, LaMancha, Nigerian Dwarf, Nubian, Oberhasli, Recorded Grades

RELEASE TIME: Immediately following showing of your breed unless you have a doe going back in for Best In Show on Saturday/Sunday or Best Udder of Show (Sunday Show)
Pens: PENS WILL BE ASSIGNED. Please see entry form for pen fees. Each pen will accomodate 2-3 adults or 4-6 kids. Only shavings will be allowed - no straw bedding is to be used. No cleaning of pens is required. Bedding must be purchased from the Event Center (see entry form).
Show Rules:
* The base date is the day of the show
* The original registration certificate of duplicate application stamped "ADGA" office is required for all animals under 6 mos of age and this must be shown to the show secretary before the start of the show
* Health papers are not required. The superintendent or Fair Board can request a veterinarian inspection
* It is recommended that out-of-state animals be accompanied by a health certificate to cross state lines
* No pre-show milk out
* Substitutions will be allowed within breed and class only
Show Definitions:
* Junior show consists of does that have never freshened
* Senior show consists of any doe that has ever freshened, or is being milked regularly. This includes dry and precocious milkers.
* Get of Sire (Senior/Junior) consists of 3 does from the same sire, specific breed
* Champion Challenge consists of Champion of the Day competing against permanent Champion does. The winner will complete in Best Doe of Show.
Premiums: Premiums will only be paid for the show sponsored by the Lancaster County Ag Society on Sunday. There will be Jr. & Sr. Get of Sire as well as Best Udder of Show on Sunday only. There will be a Best Udder of Breed chosen for the two Specialty Shows on Saturday, but no group classes. Premiums will NOT be mailed out and must be picked up after the show.
