Show Times: Thursday 12th, 5:00pm - Friday  13th 8:00am.  MEASUREMENT TIMES:     Thursday, August 12th 2:30 pm to start of show and Friday, August 13th  7:00 am continuing throughout the days as needed.

Entry Fees: $15.00 per class. Stalling- $15.00 each, no jump-outs allowed - All horses must be stalled.

Show Rules: GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS:     This show is being run according to the official rules of the American Miniature Horse Registry (AMHR).  The Lancaster County Agriculture Society is the sponsor and the Bluestem Miniature Horse Club is the host.  The Show, the AMHR, the Bluestem Club, the Lancaster Event Center nor anyone working with the show, will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur to persons, animals, or property.  The exhibitors shall hold aforementioned persons harmless and indemnify them against any legal proceedings arising from such accidents. STALLING IS REQUIRED, NO JUMP OUTS ALLOWED.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:   It is required that entries coming from out-of-state conform to health requirements for interstate transportation of horses from their state of residence to the state of Nebraska.  Presentation of documents to the show staff is not required , however, the Bluestem Miniature Horse Club reserves the right to inspect the papers and if the animal appears to be in suspect health, ask for an on-site Vet inspection, at owner’s expense.  Prior to any on-site Vet inspection the owner may elect to withdraw their animal and leave the show grounds. 
PMC  (Physically or Mentally Challenged) Classes:  Open to any age exhibitor who qualifies according to the AMHR PMC Rules of the , please contact  AMHR Office if you have questions about your qualification to compete in these classes.
AMATEUR CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS CLASSES # 94 & # 136:  Non-rated, no entry fee, competition between the 1st place Stallion, Mare and Gelding from their Amateur Halter class.
SHOW  INFORMATION:
·“TRIPLE A” AMATEUR ADVANTAGE:  The Bluestem Miniature Horse Club will be participating in this program.  Amateur cards may be purchased from the  office for $5.00 or from the Show Steward the day of show for $10.00.
·HIGH POINT YOUTH:  We will be participating again this year in the  High Point Youth program.
·TACK HOLD:  Exhibitors needing extra time between classes must request a TACK HOLD at the in-gate by the start of the preceding class.  Be courteous to your fellow exhibitors, please be ready  for your classes.  If no Tack Hold has been requested the Two-Minute Gate Call will be enforced.
·TWO-MINUTE GATE CALL:  Once a class is given the final call, the gate will be closed in two (2) minutes, and no late exhibitors will be accepted into the ring (except those who have requested and been granted a Tack Hold).  Final Call is considered to be when the first animal enters the ring for the class.  The two (2) minute gate call will be strictly enforced.  NO refunds will be given for missed classes.
·AWARDS:  First place thru Sixth place, per judge will receive an award.  Awards will also be given to the Grand and Reserve Grand Champion horses under each judge. Each exhibitor will also receive a  gift compliments of the Lancaster County Super Fair.
ENTRY REFUNDS:    A refund will be given ONLY with a valid signed veterinarian’s certificate stating the animal’s illness/injury and the show manager must be notified prior to  the start of the class the animal is entered in.

·Completed entry form with all names, numbers (registration, youth and amateur)  and signatures for proper recording
