Show Rules: ONLY ONE EXHIBIT MAY BE ENTERED FOR EACH CLASS NUMBER. Due care will be exercised in handling each exhibit, but the Lancaster County Ag Society, Inc. will not be responsible for articles lost damaged or stolen. Use discretion when entering delicate items. Only one exhibit may be entered for each Class number. Sewn garments should be on sturdy, swivel hook type hangers. Skirts, shorts and pants should be hung from the waistband on sturdy, clip type hangers. Please do not use lightweight plastic hangers. Knitted and crocheted garments, if submitted on hangers as described above, will be displayed on the hangers. If flat display is desired, DO NOT enter these garments on hangers. Framed pictures must be ready to hang with picture frame wire or hook. Sawtooth hangers are not acceptable unless wire is attached for hanging. Maximum size of pictures, including the frame, should not exceed 24”x36”. Ribbon placing is based on merit. At Judge’s discretion, not all ribbons will be awarded if exhibit do not merit a ribbon. No entries will be released before the specific time. If you are unable to pick up your exhibits at the release time, it is your responsibility to find someone to do so. Any items remaining after Sunday at 2p.m. will be taken to the Event Center office. There are two Textiles Division one for Adults (18 & up as of January 1, 2010) and Juniors (6-17 as of January 1, 2010). Premium payouts must be picked up form show superintendent during release time.
